Responsibilities:

Due to continued growth, Mader are currently seeking a Plant Maintenance Project Manager to join our Rostered Fixed Plant Maintenance team on a FIFO 3/1 roster.
This is a FIFO role ex. Perth - Interstate candidates considered (Must make own way to Perth).
Based in the Goldfields, this position will require an experienced maintenance manager to review the current existing plant’s infrastructure maintenance processes & provide leadership to site personnel on routine maintenance.

Working collaboratively with the Mining & Operations manager, key duties will include:

  • Fixed plant (Core & Support Infrastructure) maintenance review & improvements
  • Review existing plant maintenance records, critical spares, site spares
  • Define required maintenance process, critical spares holdings to ensure plant uptime and availability
  • Implement to-be maintenance process, support enabling systems
  • Provide leadership to site personnel on routine maintenance
