• You are responsible for the protection of personnel & environment, ensuring external & internal regulatory compliance
• Furthermore you are accountable for production volume, product quality & production cost for the TPU production and TPU pilot plant
• You are responsible for personnel planning, staffing, organization training and qualification of the manufacturing personnel, you ensure the integration of new technologies and processes on all levels of plant personnel
• You develop the annual unit operations budget and together with the maintenance and technical asset manager (m/f/d) the maintenance expense budget. Furthermore you identify and prioritize capital improvement requirements to meet Operational Efficiency and Effectiveness targets (OEE) and business imperatives
• You maintain close communication with internal and external interface
