The Role

• Responsible for overseeing plant operations, devising production plans aligned with business objectives, ensuring the availability of necessary manpower, materials, and machinery as required, all while maintaining compliance with safety and international standards. - Monitor the stock, ensuring safe and sufficient storage space for ongoing production, and monitor the quality of all products. - Ensure the development, maintenance, updating, and implementation of QHSE Policies, Manuals, Guidelines, Specifications, Standards, Procedures, and comprehensive HSE audit plans for all employees. - Ensure timely or priority dispatch of finished goods according to the plan, meeting commitments to clients accordingly. - Responsible for maintaining relationships with local authorities, suppliers, vendors, and performing other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements
Position Title: Plant Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: Up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: One of the reputable chemical manufacturers in the GCC region Qualifications: - Male, 49 years old and below - Must have a Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related course. - Minimum 10 years of related experience - Familiarity with contract management, schedule and cost controls, Quality Management System and HSE practices - Proficiency in plant operations and production equipment
