YOUR MISSION

As the Plant & Process Operations Manager (m-f-d) you will be responsible for:

• Integrating and improving control strategies and maintenance philosophies.
• Professional instruction of operating personnel.
• Process- and control-related optimisation of commissioned plants in co-operation with our technical experts.
• Exchanging of gained experiences for constant improvement of our products.
• Integrating sustainability principles into the production process, such as minimizing waste and energy consumption.
• Writing of standard operating procedures and coordinating with Vendor related SOP.
• Being involved in site supervision and assistance in commissioning and start-up.
• Developing innovative concepts for modularization and standardization of the design process and the solutions.
• Working with the project management team as Plant & Process operations lead to ensure that schedules, risks, costs and resource requirements are understood and maintained.
• Ensuring that regulatory and legal requirements are met throughout.
• Establishing and reinforcing quality control standards, ensuring product meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies and implementing preventive measures to mitigate risks.
• Developing plant maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.

Deutsche ReGas is a medium-sized company in the European energy infrastructure sector. Deutsche ReGas currently operates the LNG terminal in Lubmin, the first and so far only privately financed floating liquefied natural gas terminal in Germany. In parallel, Deutsche ReGas is developing the energy terminal in Mukran. The construction of hydrogen electrolysers is also being planned at both locations. Our team consists of over 150 people from more than 20 different countries
