  • Koordinierung Qualitätsmeldungen aus den Bereichen WW/PEP
  • Interface NSW Planung / Produktion / Plant Quality
  • Selbstständiges Erstellen von „Notifications of Inspections“ an den Kunden und das Überwachen sowie Verfolgens des Prozesses
  • Selbstständiges Reporting an Kunden in Bezug auf den Projektstatus / Selbstständige Teilnahme an Kundenmeetings
  • Planung / Koordinierung Sample Tests in externen Laboren
  • Tägliche Abstimmung Planung / Produktion / Quality Control
  • Selbstständiges Erstellen und Ermitteln Daten für Monthly Quality Reporting / Cost Control
  • Selbstständige Planung und Durchführung von Kick-Off Meetings
  • Laufender Kontakt zum Projektmanagement / Kunden - Schnittstelle NSW/Kunden
  • Selbstständige Betreuung von Kunden und deren Repräsentanten während der Projektphase und den Werksabnahmen in Vertretung
  • Durchführung von Verbesserungsprojekten

Anforderungen

  • Ausbildung: abgeschlossene zweijährige Fachschulausbildung oder abgeschlossene fachspezifische mindestens dreijährige Berufsausbildung sowie eine zusätzliche spezielle Weiterbildung oder auf anderem Wege erworben.
  • Berufserfahrung: mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Besondere Kenntnisse:
  • MS Office Kenntnisse, SAP Kenntnisse, fundierte Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, mehrjährige Kenntnisse der Prozessabläufe Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und eigenständiges Arbeitsverhalten

Activities

  • Coordination of quality notifications from the WW/PEP areas
  • Interface NSW Planning / Production / Plant Quality
  • Independent creation of “Notifications of Inspections” to the customer and monitoring and tracking of the process
  • Independent reporting to customers regarding project status / Independent participation in customer meetings
  • Planning / coordination of sample tests in external laboratories
  • Daily coordination of planning / production / quality control
  • Independent creation and determination of data for monthly quality reporting / cost control
  • Independent planning and implementation of kick-off meetings
  • Ongoing contact with project management / customers - interface NSW / customers
  • Independent support of customers and their representatives during the project phase and factory acceptance tests as a representative
  • Implementation of improvement projects

Job requirements

  • Education: Completed two-year technical college education or completed at least three years of specialized vocational training as well as additional special training or acquired by other means.
  • Professional experience: several years of professional experience
  • Special knowledge: MS Office knowledge, SAP knowledge, sound knowledge of written and spoken English, several years of knowledge of process workflows Commitment, reliability and independent work behavior
