Your tasks
SAP - Shipment Creation in SAP - Offtake Shipments Invoicing of Shipments to customers/resolve problems when required in SAP System.
Systems - Key User Transport Management System (TM FCM) Verification of Billing Costs in TM System/resolve problems when required in TM System.
Stores - Plan and control the storage of all label requirements to offtake shipments.
Logistics - Payment and Verification of Logistical service providers for Offtake Shipments Co-ordinate the on-time payment of Logistical Providers for Offtake.
Contractors - Provide offtake forecast to users Forecast tracking for Offtake with all relevant requirements.
Warehouse - Wamos Key User Training/Support of Sub Contractors (Wamos Related).
Plant Traffic - Responsible for Debit and Credits related to Customer Returns - OEM, Offtake, Internal and Branches.
Admin - Provide support related to Cutoms Clearance process to Service Provider for Offtake when needed to ensure On Time Arrival at Destination Creation of Ceos orders for ordering of Labels and Ribbons
Your profile
National Diploma, Logistics
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Logistics, Forward and Clearing and Planning Extensive SAP experience in the SD module (Wamos)
Previous experience in Logistical environment. Planning and Warehousing. Experience in Forward and Clearing function and processes. Must have strong financial background. Previous experience as project leader/member.
