Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
Technical expert in tooling and injection molding. Serve as a technical expert to advise the engineering, project teams and production teams to ensure maximum product quality and manufacturability.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production requirements including molding process and solving of issues.
- Conduct troubleshooting on part defects, process optimization and execute corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyses molding defects to improve the quality and production efficiency.
- Prepare the work instructions and complies molding parameters records for all products.
- Liaise with toolmaker on mold repair, modification, and improvement.
- Provide technical support to mold and machine maintenance within the molding dept.
