KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
- Administration experience is essential, preferably in the financial services industry (Experience within Wealth Management products / platforms highly desired)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self/time management- ability to prioritise and work to agreed schedules.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Platform Administrator to join our high performing and highly collaborative Platform Administration Operations team, who can deliver fast, high-quality support across a range of areas.
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure effective platform administration, provide quality service, and maximise customer retention and referral.
The role will cover operations administration associated with transactional and payment processing, including contributions and deposits, fee transactions and deceased estates. You may also be responsible for new client onboarding, adviser changes and fee updates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Onboarding new client accounts
- Client Transactional and Payment processing
- Updating administration system relating to transaction and payment processing
- Be a point of contact for clients. Answer incoming calls and assist with client enquiries
- Complete all necessary reports and documentation as directed by advisors and managers
- Maintain adequate and accurate records and file notes.
- Other ad-hoc assignments as and when required
