Summary
The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Platform Automation Engineer to join its team for working with a company from the UK.
The customer is a UK-based next-generation integrated global payment ecosystem with the clear mission to change how money is moved around the world. The company currently supports cross-network operability globally across Mastercard, Visa, China UnionPay and local ACH and payment schemes, providing over 40 payment methods for online SMEs.
The project aims to leverage the customer’’s cutting-edge technology and expertise to provide individuals and businesses with fast, secure, and cost-effective payment services across borders.
Technology stack on the project: Python, PowerShell, Node.js, Terraform, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitLab CI, RESTful API, Kubernetes, Docker.

Responsibilities

• Developing automation solutions for managing platform operations.
• Implementing CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Integrating RESTful APIs to enhance platform interoperability.
• Employing modern orchestration tools to manage complex deployments efficiently.
• Scripting in Python, PowerShell, and Node.js to automate system tasks.

Requirements

• Experience as a Platform Automation Engineer for 3+ years.
• Experience with high-availability solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code deployments.
• Expertise in scripting and programming with Python, PowerShell, and Node.js.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI.
• Experience with RESTful API integration and management.
• Familiarity with modern platform orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Docker.
• Understanding of network and security best practices within platform automation contexts.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
