Description:

Overview:
Bell Integration are looking to onboard an experienced platform consultant to join the modern workplace capability. The successful candidate will need to provide technical oversight to BAU maintenance activities at a 3rd line level while being capable of governing projects and programmes. The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate & understand the core functionalities within a truly modern workplace. This role will require an experienced engineer/consultant that has configured modern workplace platforms from the ground up and is able to clearly articulate its core competencies to an architectural standard
Responsibilities:

RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE ADVANTAGEOUS:

  • MD-102 – Microsoft certified Endpoint Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator: Expert
  • MCTS: Administering and deploying system centre
    Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical oversight to projects & programmesProvide advanced support in relation to BAU maintenance activities
  • Plan, document and implement changes where appropriate for the customer
  • Provide detailed review of upcoming releases\patches and major platform\component updates.
  • Good communication and excellent documentation skills
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and use your initiative and experience based on industry best practices.
  • End to end process management
  • Work as part of a collaborative modern workplace team to provide resource engineering duties in conjunction with partners to relevant projects.
  • Highlight opportunities to improve/evolve service and technology platforms
  • Assist with testing and validation of changes and/or deployments where necessary
  • Provide 3rd line support where appropriate & act as a mentor to others within modern workplace across the various tower structures
  • Support wider IT functions with technical knowledge and experience where required
  • Work with the head of modern workplace & relevant teams as an SME
  • Demonstrate a customer obsessed mind-set when evaluating solution options and platform improvements.
  • Work with the customers internal IT & corporate processes in order to ensure successful delivery
