We combine intelligent document automation and anti-fraud algorithms with the granularity of bank account and financial data to automate the credit analysis and the decision-making process. We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and motivated Platform Manager to join our team. As a Platform Manager, you will lead our customer success initiatives and manage our application operations, ensuring seamless service desk management and efficient coordination among our technical and product teams. Your role is critical in managing processes and interactions with all relevant stakeholders (clients, prospects and internal teams).

Responsibilities:

Lead and enhance our customer success operations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. Understand incidents and problems, communicating them effectively to relevant stakeholders Develop a deep understanding of our digital solutions, maintaining full control and interaction with the products we offer to clients Coordinate with all team members to ensure smooth execution of the operations related to our product and services Provide weekly and monthly status reports on operations and performance metrics
Requirements Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fintech or technology-driven environment. Excellent understanding and control of digital solutions and platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to audit and provide constructive feedback to team members. Experience in incident management and SLA compliance. Ability to report detailed reports and present them to stakeholders Knowledge of Jira and Confluence will be a plus Excellent in verbal and written command of English and Italian
