As a Platform Owner you will be responsible for technical leadership and ownership of the Analytics and Data Wrangling platform roadmap. This role partners with Architects, Product Owners, and multi-disciplinary squads to drive the implementation of data solutions for the business while ensuring platform reliability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Develop& maintain technology roadmaps for Analytics and Data Wrangling tooling based on business requirements.
Risk management and governance of SAS Enterprise Guide, and SAS data assets and schedules.
Vendor relationship and implementation partner management for SAS and any future state Analytics and Data Wrangling tooling.
Collaboration with Data Practices to grow our maturity in use of key Analytics and Data Wrangling tooling.
Assisting the wider SAS user community to remediate SAS and BASE data assets impacted by upstream system changes.

TO GROW AND BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL IDEALLY BRING:

8+ years working in Analytics, BI or Technology, with deep subject matter expertise in SAS
Exposure to other data wrangling and analytics tools such as Tableau, Databricks, Ab-Initiio and Jupyter Notebook.
Experience developing and maintaining platform/asset roadmaps ensuring alignment to broader architecture landscape.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to consult and influence stakeholders.
Demonstrated collaborative leadership skills that encourage knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Ability to set clear achievable goals, priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to constructively challenge existing processes and procedures.
Knowledge of ETL, Analytics and Business Intelligence processes and architectures.
Knowledge of service, incident, and problem management processes e.g., ITIL, using tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
