ABOUT THE PRODUCT TEAM

Our vision is to be famous for our modular, multi-channel AI and digital twin products that are configured and deployed quickly and easily across the world to enable meaningful change for clients, impacting billions of people. To achieve this we are on the journey to becoming a product-led company, taking the lessons from solutions we’ve built and creating roadmaps for new product development. We have recruited a Chief Product Officer and are building product teams and creating domain roadmaps.
Central to this vision is our Core Components team who are codifying and creating reusable, high quality product components that can be used across domains to win more business, accelerate delivery, increase margins and improve client satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced Platform Product Manager for this team. Some of the company’s most experienced engineers and data scientists are in this team. The Platform Product Manager will be responsible for driving the success of our product components from conception to launch and beyond. This role requires a strong combination of technical knowledge, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver exceptional products that meet market needs and align with our company’s goals.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with product management expertise, who wants to shape the growth of a major global scale-up. They should have a product mindset - with unwavering customer focus and drive for scale; and deep technical expertise.

• Proven experience as a Platform Product Manager, with a track record of successfully bringing products to market in a dynamic environment
• Product experience with B2B products and relationships
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis
• Project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Expertise in agile development methodologies
• An inclination towards action and clarity
• Technical undergraduate undergraduate degree; MSc or PhD preferred
