ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a Senior Manager with SaaS Cloud environment management and test automation experience, with excellent communications & collaboration skills, a knack for innovation, and a focus on customer satisfaction, along with the following experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in technology SaaS Cloud environments, infrastructure, and application development.
  • Proven experience in leading environment and release operations in large complex organisations
  • Experience leading and establishing appropriate and supportive automated QA strategies and governance frameworks.
  • Desired personal or commercial insurance knowledge and experience
  • Excellent experience in an IT Transformation and/or Greenfields projects

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an outstanding Platform Services Manager - Environments, Test and Release to join our Technology and Operations, Claims Platform team.
As the Manager for large scale Platform undertaking a globally significant SaaS Cloud Upgrade, your role will ensure the seamless integration, stability, and availability of all IT environments critical to the platforms current and future success. You’ll develop, drive and maintain the strategies for our environments and roadmap, release and Test Automation.
Additionally, you’ll design, implement, and oversee governance for the high volume of squads and projects operating on the platform. This involves identifying the environment requirements and costs to support the development, testing, staging, and production (SDLC) phases. You will proactively drive uplift initiatives to support end-to-end and cross-platform monitoring and alerting across the required environments and adopt practices to increase maturity.
This is a full time, permanent role that is open to people based in Sydney, Melbourne or Auckland and involves a hybrid work from home/office model.
