DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

The AUS is developed by a team of passionate individuals dedicated to transforming Motorola customer systems through innovative upgrade solutions. We are embarking on an exciting journey to build the next-generation ASTRO Upgrade Server, a containerized, cloud-connected platform that will enable quick and reliable delivery of software to our customers. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Developing new AUS features including the creation of a development pipeline
  • Developing automatic integration tests
  • Documenting the work
  • Testing and validating the outcome
  • Closely cooperating with various teams within and outside of the Cracow site

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • The practical knowledge of Linux (RHEL preferred) operating systems from the user perspective
  • Practical knowledge of Python and/or Linux shell(s) Perl/Bash
  • At least theoretical knowledge of the paradigms of containerized solutions and virtualization
  • Degree in computer science, telecommunications, automatics, robotics field or similar
  • Very good troubleshooting skills, an analytic approach to given tasks and problems
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly and to switch tasks and/or used technologies
  • Ability to collaborate with onsite and offsite teams
  • English language skills at the level allowing efficient communication
