Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial plumbing sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME), Construction Management, or extensive experience in commercial plumbing installations.
- Residency in Los Angeles, CA, with a consistent work history.
- Proficiency in project management software, including BlueBeam, MS Project, and Smartsheets.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Capability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail.
PREFERRED SKILL SETS:
- Specialized experience in managing plumbing systems for medical gas in hospitals.
- Demonstrated success in directing large-scale projects in data centers, labs, schools, and universities.
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs.
- Awareness of current industry trends and advancements in commercial plumbing technology.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of commercial plumbing projects with budgets ranging from $2 million to $20 million, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion while upholding high-quality standards.
- Draft, submit, and manage project-related documents, including change orders, RFIs, and additional documentation as necessary.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among various stakeholders, such as clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor ongoing projects, making adjustments to plans as required, and regularly report progress to all involved parties.
- Uphold and enforce safety protocols and compliance standards across all project sites.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on-site promptly and efficiently.
