• Lead the management of commercial plumbing projects with budgets ranging from $2 million to $20 million, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion while upholding high-quality standards.
• Draft, submit, and manage project-related documents, including change orders, RFIs, and additional documentation as necessary.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among various stakeholders, such as clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor ongoing projects, making adjustments to plans as required, and regularly report progress to all involved parties.
• Uphold and enforce safety protocols and compliance standards across all project sites.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on-site promptly and efficiently.
