SUMMARY

The Management Analyst-Journeyman participates as a member and/or support the Program Integrated Product Team (IPTs); and with team leadership, other team members, customers, and vendors to track progress on technical system development efforts. Applies analytic techniques in program analysis support for all aspects of the program.

• Collect spend plan inputs from the IPTs and create spend plans in CSPT for the IPT leads.
• Coordinate CDRL reviews, tracking and generating CDRL letters.
• Work with the acquisition team to draft PIDs for new or modified IPT projects.
• Track IPT projects in PMT, assist the IPT in managing project milestones and generate PMT reports for the IPT leads.
• Support Engineering Change Plan development and tracking of supporting contract documentation.
• Assist in the development of SOW/CDRLs.
• Assist Program Manager in tracking progress on technical system development efforts.
• Support the development and execution of program acquisition documentation and processes.
• Supports team with other program management duties as needed.
