YOUR NEW ROLE

Reporting to the Capital Works Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Implementing, maintaining, and developing the Project Management Framework for all relevant users across the Infrastructure and Capital works division
• Monitoring and reporting on key metrics
• Working with and training relevant internal stakeholders and subject-matter experts to ensure the framework is effectively integrated into processes and optimised across teams and projects
• Utilising Excel, Word, MS Project, and relevant platforms to further develop the framework and ensure project risks are captured and managed appropriately
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the framework using a range of audit findings, best practice methodologies and regulatory requirements
• Working closely with management to set up operational processes and robust review structures

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience working as a PMF professional, EPMO or PMO Project Manager, Analyst or Lead (Capital works, Project Management- Buildings & Construction desirable)
• Experience in Project Management methodologies, tools, and best practice
• Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
• Government experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train and lead others
• Strong computer literacy skills with use of MS Project, Excel, Wor
