As a PMO Analyst you’ll support core project management functions and project coordination. The position is responsible for assisting projects with project management processes and tools to ensure materials are produced, executed and maintained in accordance with establish procedures and policies. A PMO Analyst should have a general understanding of Project Management best practices. They must be well organized, able to balance multiple tasks, work independently with limited supervision, seek guidance as needed, and actively support PMO leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Management activites across multiple projects
  • Support deliverable management processes through tracking, monitoring, processing, and reporting deliverables ensuring timelines and contractual requirement are met
  • Conduct onboarding and offboarding activities, including asset management, for new and departing team members. Define onboarding/offboarding activities that align with project requirements
  • Apply Deloitte policies, procedures, and guidelines to remain compliant against requirements prescribed within a contract
  • Pursue continuous improvements on the project that improve quality and efficiency
  • Support project and program communications. Distribute project status to team members throughout the project lifecycle
  • Operate in and maintain PMO applications, tools, templates, and other program-wide standards.
  • Identify risks, action items, issues or decisions that may negatively impact a project or its deliverables, working with leads to balance/manage priorities
  • Maintain project schedules in compliance with industry scheduling standards and Deloitte’s best practices
