  • Day rate contract - $600 per day
    Position Overview: We are in search of a meticulous and results-driven PMO Analyst to support our Project Management Office in optimising project processes and ensuring successful project delivery. This is a contract role with an opportunity for extension based on performance and project needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience 3+ years as a PMO Analyst or in a similar role within financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and supports the adoption of the existing project infrastructure and processes across the wider project teams, including the project schedule and RAID logs.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project management standards, methodologies, and tools.
  • Support project managers in project planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
  • Coordinate project meetings, compile comprehensive reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and collaborate on mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
