REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• University degree or higher – demonstrating analytical background
• Fluency in English is a must (at least C1 level)
• Previous experience working in a PMO environment desirable
• Previous experience with project/portfolio management tools desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, people skills with an ability to collaborate and work independently at home, in the local office or another AXA XL office
• Proven detailed orientation, coordination, organization and facilitation skills, with a proclivity toward consistency and simplicity
• Inquisitive mind and courage to challenge the status quo
• Skilled with Microsoft Office Package
• Advanced MS Excel user

DESIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Experience working at AXA XL
• Experience working with Agile initiatives
• Planview Portfolios, Planview AgilePlace, Jira, Confluence
• Power BI
• SharePoint site administration

• Data Completeness
• Monitors project data and required supporting documentation to ensure completeness in the appropriate tools (Planview Portfolios, JIRA, Confluence)
• Where project data/documentation is not complete, manage the reminder process and escalate if needed via Project Managers, Project Management Leads and their Managers
• Report trend analysis and deviations against the required project data/documentation
• Use your analytical skills to help identity trends and issues
• Run financial checks before month end close
• Run queries in JIRA regularly, to identify data quality issues and follow up with respective parties to solve them
• Align closely with other Portfolio Management Office functions to ensure that data completeness activities are facilitated in efficient manner
• Monthly governance cadence
• Send Status Report reminders twice a month to ensure timely completeness and high quality of data
• Run the Project Heatmap and distribute twice a month
• Distrubite the finance report to Project Managers
  You will report to a PMO Manager - Governance and Assurance. At times you may be asked to adjust your hours to support/collaborate across global time zones.
