ABOUT YOU

We are looking for the right candidate to really hit the ground running with the following experiences;

  • Proven experience in project management and coordination, preferably on large transformation programs with multi-million dollar investment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial administration
  • Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail, passionate about data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of project management tools and methodologies (ideally Jira/Confluence/Sharepoint)
  • 3 + years experience working within a Portfolio or Program Management Office

Responsibilities:

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As a PMO Analyst at IAG, you’ll be at the heart of our most exciting projects and programs. This newly created role is your chance to shine and make a difference.
You’ll be the driving force behind the successful planning, execution, and completion of key initiatives. With your exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, you’ll work closely with project managers, workstream leads, and other key stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
You will lead the charge, establish and maintain cutting-edge tools, project management and knowledge management practices. Acting as the backbone of our team you will enable effective management, control, and monitoring of critical projects across IIA working hand-in-hand with project managers, workstream leads, and other stakeholders to drive success.
We have two permanent vacancies, on supporting Business Transformation and large strategic programs.
These roles will ideally be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
