QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preference for professional Project Management certification.
  • 3-5+ years in PMO, 5+ years in IT project management preferred.
  • Agile Delivery experience is a plus.
  • Track deliverables, provide transparent reporting, and draft materials for governance meetings.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodology, including Microsoft Project.
  • Enthusiastic about analyzing PMO-related issues and committed to building and enhancing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain standardized frameworks, practices, processes, and templates for consistent project and program management.
  • Advise Project Managers and teams on effective Project Management disciplines, serving as the primary contact for framework-related inquiries.
  • Maintain a robust governance process, capturing, reporting, and escalating project status across measurable characteristics.
  • Manage a consolidated view of all Technology projects, including milestones and deliverables.
  • Track and govern resource utilization, manage procurement processes, and assist in tracking project financial forecasts and actuals.
  • Ensure quality assurance through adherence to the Project Management Framework.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining progress reports, presentation materials, and project deliverables storage.
  • Support project collaboration, communication, training, tooling, resource management, and change control.
  • Conduct onboarding and offboarding activities for Project/Program staff, including access management.
