We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

  • University degree or higher – demonstrating analytical background
  • Fluency in English is a must (at least C1 level)
  • Numerical and analytical skills
  • Previous experience working in a PMO or Project Management environment desirable
  • Previous experience with project/portfolio management tools desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, people skills with an ability to collaborate and work independently at home, in the local office or another AXA XL office
  • Proven detailed orientation, coordination, organization and facilitation skills, with a proclivity toward consistency and simplicity
  • Inquisitive mind and courage to challenge the status quo
  • Experienced at documenting procedures to colleagues/internal customers
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office Package, including advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, VBA of advantage

The person we are looking for may also have these abilities and skills:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management of the demand intake process, ensuring alignment with the Business Engagement team
  • SME for the AXA XL Project / Program business case. You will be responsible for reviewing new business cases and providing feedback and challenge to the business engagement leads regarding costs, timelines, benefits and service variation as well as ongoing maintenance and updating of the business case template in line with business needs
  • Management of budget and service variation updates to the central PPM tool Planview along with associated reporting to the financial planning and analyst team
  • Oversight and management of the Golden Record report use for central reporting on investments
  • Follow up on inputs and proactively address missing items; establish practices that follow ups are done efficiently and well-coordinated
  • Close interaction with relevant global Technology- and TCD functions to ensure actively maintained project portfolio data
  • Integrate with Poland PMO- and FP&A counterparts to facilitate timely- and aligned project portfolio reporting; support (or initiate) operational improvements e.g. due to agile transformation
  • Work on portfolio prioritization options and scenario planning for current & future years
  • Input gathering for AXA XL investment portfolio reporting to AXA Group, and help apply project categorization / segmentation parameters
  • Management and reporting to AXA XL Risk Management ensuring the consistent and standardized project inititation prcesses are followed
  • Execute ad-hoc requests in support of the overall TCD team, e.g. assembling slides decks for team calls, etc
