About the role: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to join our Global Transformation Company. As a Healthcare PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing projects and ensuring their successful completion. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Project Management Office (PMO) in executing project management methodologies and providing analysis and insights to stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Prior experience in project management or project coordination role in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance.
- PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Analyse project data and produce reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate project status, progress, and risks.
- Conduct research to gather project information, best practices, and industry trends to inform decision-making processes.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project management tools, templates, and guidelines.
- Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Support the identification and resolution of project issues, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
