Role profile:
Exciting new opportunity to join our Transformation Product team and help mature and enhance our project management framework, tooling and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY:

  • The jobholder will work closely with the MI & Tooling product owner and the wider product team to shape and implement the tooling strategy, maturing how change is managed across the Group and enhancing the tools used to manage, track and report on these changes.
  • The jobholder will collaborate with the Technology teams responsible for the service and development of new improvements in the tools, ensuring that all requirements are clear and understood, providing internal sign off and coordinating user acceptance testing.
  • You will collaborate with portfolio teams to understand specific challenges faces during delivery, capture requirements for future improvements and work with the product team to prioritise accordingly, communicating back to the delivery teams and providing clear expectations on when and what future changes will be implemented.
  • To be successful in this role, you will need to effectively communicate with key stakeholders and users, work with other in transformation management office to prioritise a backlog of changes to deliver value to the business by expanding the use and adoption of the transformation tooling.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • You will partner with portfolio, divisional and functional representatives and users to understand the needs of the business, informing the requirements and their priority.
  • You will prioritise work and assign to dashboard developers, ensuring the business requirements are clear and understood and the final solution is fit for purpose and aligne with the standard reporting framework.
  • You will be managing the dashboarding team and supporting each team member to develop further professionally, upskill and progress in their careers.
