Responsibilities:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in project management or relevant area.
- Have a minimum of five years of related experience working in a Portfolio Management Office in a changing and complex organisation.
- Demonstrate substantial knowledge and experience of portfolio management, program and project management methodologies, benefits realisation and the use of processes and tools for monitoring and controlling at a portfolio level.
- Be proficient in data analysis and data visualisation skills using applications such as dashboards, Power BI and Tableau, along with advanced experience and competence in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Powerpoint and Excel
- Excel with their oral and written communication skills with particular focus on writing and/or editing complex business documentation within a project environment.
- Skilfully manage and coordinate stakeholders, including developed leadership, motivation, negotiation, and delegation skill
