As part of a significant group wide transformation across all of our 13 brands, we are now looking to hire a PMO Business Transformation (m/f/d) You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and reporting of strategic projects designed to drive our corporate transformation. You will work closely with senior program managers and cross-functional teams to drive projects that support our growth. This will be a hybrid role, but candidates should be based in Munich and be willing to come into our HQ office

As part of the Transformation Office, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Planning: Collaborate with senior program managers and project teams to develop project plans, timelines and business cases.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and team members and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Project Execution: Oversee project execution, including monitoring progress and milestone adherence, addressing issues, and mitigating those.
  • Project tracking: Manage monitoring and mechanisms to track project and program progress, (financial) impact, regularly reporting to senior leadership; identify potential risks and proactively work to mitigate them.
  • Reporting: Prepare Steering Committees, and other regular program meetings.
  • Lessons Learned: Contribute to a regular evaluation process, capturing lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

SKILLS WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE IN YOU:

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in Management Consulting or Inhouse Consulting.
  • Experience in corporate transformation programs is a plus.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders effectively in a dynamic environment and deliver in a high pressure environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in PM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  • Your communication skills in English are exceptional. German is a plus.
