Description:
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Most important is the ability to organize and co-ordinate multiple concurrent deals, approach tasks methodically whilst consistently maintaining high levels of accuracy, have strong time management skills working effectively to tight timescales, and maintain confidentiality of deal information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to take meeting minutes.
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
- Must have experience working in a client-facing delivery role (not just PMO)
- Broad understanding of IT consultancy, including Infrastructure and Operations.
- Experience of any of the following is desirable but not essential as training will be provided on- Business Risk Management/ Bid Response analysis/ Commercial Contracts/ Financial / Business Case experience understanding essential KPIs/ Export Control.
Responsibilities:
THIS ROLE REQUIRES THE ABILITY TO MANAGE THE PROCESS END TO END AND INCLUDES (BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO):
- Reviewing and responding to all new deals methodically, timely, and to standard. Logging the initial contact, liaising with the bid team, and guiding sales teams, deal analysts and, pursuit teams through the BRM process.
- Determining the level of risks, level of approvals required to verify that the deal is logged on the BRM Cockpit system with required BRM documentation provided in a timely manner, and to the quality and completeness required. Scheduling and coordinating approval reviews involving leaders/experts from Sales, Delivery, Legal, Commercial & Contract Management (CCM) and, Finance functions, chasing up as necessary.
- Ensuring structured deal reviews (proposal reviews) are organised and Leaders’ views and approvals are recorded. Taking and publishing minutes of review meetings and collecting all evidence of Solution/deals review or contract review approvals.
- Assisting with the production of consolidated, comprehensive, and independent risk analysis (BRM Synthesis). Help with Amber/Red flagging of deals deviating from Group guidelines including but not limited to Contract Clauses Negotiating Guide (CCNG), Mobility, People Safety, Export Controls, and other guidelines.
- Assist with workable mitigation/containment strategies and actions for major risks within a given deal, working harmoniously and collaboratively with the CIS and overall BRM Community, leveraging information exchange and business practices. Aid with the development of Training materials and providing regular training to key stakeholders
