JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Working closely with the management team; finding and analyzing relevant data to solve strategic business issues.
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Monitor the overall performance of relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinating the development of SOP, manual, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable a successful implementation of new business/project.
- Visualize overall project schedule, report project issues status, and potential risks.
- Ensure that PMO processes are aligned with the overall strategy and goals of the organization.
- Create opportunities to drive impact by leveraging each person’s strengths to build high-performing teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in the consulting field for at least 2 years, preferably in a Big 4 firm, in a role such as assistant manager or manager.
- Experience in handling multiple projects, on both the strategy and operations sides of the business, is preferred.
- Basic accounting and financial services knowledge is desired but not required.
- Familiarity with the SaaS industry is preferred.
- Adaptable, agile, and willing to learn.
- Extensive analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
- Highly collaborative “team player” mindset with the ability to work together to find solutions to issues and problems.
- Strong work ethic and proven track record working in teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Finance/Business or another quantitative discipline.
