Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The PMO Manager will work on further maturing of our Group IT Project Management Office (PMO), using their experience in building out a PMO and operating in a multi-PMO, global Enterprise.

YOUR OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL FOCUS ON…

  • All Group IT PMO, programme and project standard, frameworks and processes
  • External presentation of Group IT PMO services to the business (including company intranet sites)
  • Reporting services, processes and meeting management
  • Implementation and adoption of PPM platform
  • QA of all PMO services including individual projects

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL…

  • Be an excellent problem-solver with well-developed stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Hold the relevant qualifications or be qualified by experience
  • Possess excellent leadership and team management skills, including influencing cross-functional teams
  • Have an understanding of technology projects
