Description:

Easol has deep roots in experiences. The platform was founded by former festival founders, Lisa and Ben Simpson in 2017, after the husband and wife team endured challenges and frustrations first-hand while setting up and growing their own experience business including Rise, Europe’s biggest Snowsports and music festival, and Beyond Adventures, a series of adventure travel experiences in remote locations such as the Sahara desert and the Swedish archipelago.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in podcast production
  • Experience in delivering narrative-based content ( i.e. journalism, podcasting etc )
  • Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g. Audacity, Adobe Audition)
  • Highly organised with excellent project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of, and connections to the music and events industry are a definite plus

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an experienced freelance podcast producer to support in assembling and delivery Easol’s masterclass series Creators In Session. This person will help manage the edit and delivery on new episodes of the series.
Those interested should submit a short cover letter, alongside examples of their work, and be prepared to share references from previous clients/employers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage audio, and occasionally video, editors through editing and mixing process
  • Coordinate feedback/amends from the Easol team
  • Deliver finished podcast product audio or video
