Description:
Working in a fast paced department with a varied workload you will assist our surgeons and Podiatrists in providing exceptional patient care. Your duties will involve: to play an essential role in the smooth running of our theatre and help us maintain our exceptional levels of care to assist the wider theatre team with the safe passage of patients through the surgical pathway. to work closely with the Operating Department Practitioner to ensure the theatre stock levels are adequately maintained and rotated with high standards of infection prevention and control taking basic observations & Covid swabbing. chaperoning.
clinically supporting foot care and advice Who we’re looking for: a dynamic and experienced Theatre assistant / HCA / footcare assistant with an ability to work in a flexible manner to meet the demands and needs of the service previous experience working in a healthcare setting is desirable for this role a team player with a flexible attitude to service demands NVQ Level 3 in Healthcar
