POS and Chargeback Analyst (New Health Care Company)

3M is establishing two industry-leading companies, creating value through the spin-off of its Health Care business, while 3M will continue to be a global material science leader, focusing our innovation to win in favorable global megatrends and attractive end markets. This new Health Care Company will be a leading global diversified health technology company with:

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

  • Own operational relationship with assigned distributors working end to end process for POS and chargeback accounts.
  • Implements solutions with distributors regularly to reduce errors, improve data quality and prevent errors from occurring.
  • Mentors and provides leadership to junior members of the team.
  • Supports Quality Leader when handling data investigation Salesforce cases from business partners.
  • Willingness to be on-call during constraint times.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma and five (5) years of experience in POS and CB within the medical industry.

Responsibilities:

  • High school diploma and five (5) years of experience in POS and CB within the medical industry

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • 5+ years of experience on SAP/Vistex, SF cases, MS Excel, MS Power Point, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Existing knowledge of chargeback claims processing and order management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive E2E process improvements in the space of chargebacks and point of sale.
  • Experience utilizing LEAN processes.
  • Green Belt trained
