• Sign-on bonus: Up to $10,000.00
• Department: Behavioral Health Addiction
• Schedule: Full- time; 4/10 hour work shifts each week; Day shift is 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. PM shift of 11:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.; Plus 4 - 6 on call shifts a month to provide team based community crisis response to individuals referred by local PD & #988
• Facility: Ascension Procare Center
• Location: Work location is at the Berwyn Police Department

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Social Science, or Psychology required.

Provide behavioral health counseling services.

• Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals.
• Administer individual and group therapy.
• Maintain thorough and confidential records of observations.
• Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
• Provide patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community.
• Work directly with the patient, family, physician and community providers to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge.
