Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to understand police standards, best practices, and internal requirements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including section heads and subject matter experts, to gather information and insights.
- Draft clear, concise, and comprehensive policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and comply with relevant regulations.
- Review and revise existing policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain documentation templates, style guides, and version control systems to streamline the policy and procedure writing process.
- Communicate complex information effectively to diverse audiences, ensuring understanding and compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices to inform policy and procedure development
