Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role involves overseeing the budgetary framework of the organization, collaborating with stakeholders for effective center management, and executing projects and systems as per requirements.
Additionally, it entails engaging with the SMR Director and coordination team, providing daily guidance and support to the team, managing leave schedules, and fostering continuous employee development through training initiatives.
Creating and maintaining a positive work environment conducive to well-being is also a key responsibility.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: Proven track record in managerial positions, preferably within a similar setting or industry.
Effective management of budgets and resources.
Proficiency in project management and system implementation
