Description:

As a Pool Plant Operator at The Biltmore Hotel Villas, Dubai you are responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of the pool plant equipment to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests. This includes monitoring water quality, performing regular maintenance tasks, and adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Your role involves maintaining a well-functioning pool facility and promptly addressing any issues that may arise to create a positive and relaxing environment for guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor pool plant equipment to maintain optimal water quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the pool area, including water conditions, equipment, and surrounding areas.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on pool plant equipment, such as cleaning filters, backwashing systems, and adjusting chemical levels.
  • Conduct water tests and analysis, making necessary adjustments to chemical levels to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Respond promptly to any pool-related issues, such as water clarity, temperature, or equipment malfunctions.
  • Maintain accurate records of water tests, maintenance activities, and any incidents related to the pool area.
  • Collaborate with the team to coordinate pool-related activities and events.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and hygiene standards are strictly followed in the pool area.
  • Provide assistance and information to guests regarding pool facilities and safety guidelines.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in pool maintenance and water management.
  • Participate in training sessions related to pool safety, equipment operation, and emergency procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized pool plant room and storage areas.
  • Report any necessary repairs or equipment replacements to the appropriate department.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for guests using the hotel’s pool facilities.
  • Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
