Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer – Customer Group, you will be responsible for deepening Medibank’s understanding and engagement with the health of our member population and the population of Australia whilst also driving the success of strategic initiatives.

• Driving engagement across the Medibank enterprise with key insights into the health of our membership and the broader Australian population
• Facilitating the development, delivery and maintenance of Medibank’s Health of the Membership index
• Delivering insights to key external partners including corporate clients, university partners and others regarding the health of their people and populations
• Supporting the Chief Medical Officer – Customer in undertaking annual and quarterly planning including establishing and monitoring performance against objectives and key performance metrics
• Supporting the application of agile ways of working across relevant squads
• Providing analytical and project support on key strategic health initiatives led by the Clinical Hub in partnership with other Hubs across Medibank
• Any other initiatives at the direction of the Chief Medical Officer – Customer (Clinical Hub lead)
