What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a Portfolio Analyst III to join our General Account portfolio management team. In this role, you’ll provide analytical, reporting, and other support within a real estate investment team!

  • Maintain extensive knowledge of the assets within assigned portfolios. Provide analytical support regarding client business plans and investment strategies including portfolio performance, diversification measures, sensitivity analysis, variance analysis and other relevant financial analysis. Maintain positive client relationships by establishing close contact with external and internal clients. Address client questions regarding portfolio analysis process.
  • Ensure a coordinated flow of quality information reaches portfolio manager(s), real estate investment teams and clients. Assist in the design, preparation and reporting of economic and statistical portfolio reports as required by clients, regulatory agencies and others. Provide quality control of portfolio management information.
  • Assist portfolio manager(s) with major accounts or funds
  • Responsibilities may also include generation of client reports, on-boarding and processing of investments, and assistance in the development and launch of new strategies, funds and separate accounts
  • Act as a liaison with internal service providers for the fund
  • Develop and maintain understanding of real estate market/portfolio dynamics. This includes travel to relevant markets
  • Mentor and share knowledge with less experienced analysts

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or eight years experience in finance, business or related field; preferably real estate emphasis
  • 4+ years of analytical commercial real estate experience
  • Experience in commercial real estate modeling techniques
