The Role
The RBA are seeking an experienced professional to join a centre of excellence within our organisation, that operates in a culture of collaboration, transformation and open communication. Objectives

  • Collaborate across the organisation to develop and embed processes, systems and practices for project and program planning and delivery
  • Provide accurate and timely information for strategic decisions based on cost, risk, impact and benefits
  • Review changes frequently and assess progress, cost, risk, benefits and strategic alignment
  • Assess portfolio performance and identify and resolve portfolio-level issues and risks

What the role entails

  • Maintain RBA project management framework, methodologies and change management approach that balance portfolio controls and efficiency.
  • Plan and complete communication activities that provide timely and relevant information and reports.
  • Liaise across the portfolio stakeholders and IT senior management, program and project managers.
  • Adopt and adapt industry best practices into organisational processes and procedures and tailor them for different initiatives.
  • Coordinate PMO templates for documenting project management deliverables.
  • Enable organisational maturity for project and program management.

Technical Capabilities

  • Experience in resourcing, scheduling, financial planning and reporting.
  • Thrive in a result-oriented environment and as a coordinator or liaison.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management Methodologies, frameworks, techniques and tools.
  • Experience coordinating activities across multiple projects and programs.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience
  • Desirable: PRINCE2 Foundation and/or SAFe
