Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Portfolio Asset Manager is a permanent full-time position and open to both Brisbane or Sydney based candidates.
Reporting to the Head of Property Operations, you will form part of the Property Senior Leadership team providing effective leadership to a team of Property Managers and Property Analysts.
You will develop and execute strategic asset strategies in line with investment objectives to optimise performance of assets and achieve targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Undertake financial modelling to ensure leasing, development and value add initiatives maximise portfolio value - provide recommendations for stakeholder approval as required.
  • Ensure an effective Tenant Relationship Strategy is developed and executed.
  • Work with leasing team to develop leasing strategies and analyse lease deals to maximise returns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agents to ensure market knowledge is maintained and shared.
  • Coordinate the external and internal valuation process.
  • Review valuations and use the information to inform decision making.
  • Provide leadership to a team of Property Managers and Property Analysts.
