JOB SUMMARY

The Brand Manager will be responsible for the development and management of marketing materials for our launch candidate, UGN-102. This individual will also be responsible for the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) process for the UroGen portfolio in addition to warehouse management. The position requires a motivated, energetic candidate with a collaborative, “can-do” attitude, as well as previous pharmaceutical/biotech experience. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to support the UGN-102 marketing team in a small and nimble organization, gain extensive exposure to all aspects of a US commercial team, and help to shape the vibrant culture and working processes of an emerging biotech company.

LIST OF QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech or related industry, sales and vendor management experience preferred.
  • Previous marketing experience required.
  • Strong Veeva experience required.
  • Must be collaborative, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across a dynamic cross-functional team.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of brand promotion. Tactics will include MCM, field force and non-personal materials.
  • Provide market research support.
  • Work with agencies to help execute strategic plans, implementation and pull through.
  • Lead PRC review and approval process for all internal and external promotional materials for the portfolio.
  • Collaborate effectively with the commercial field organization on the development of materials.
  • Function as an integrated member of the core commercial team for UGN-102, supporting multiple efforts, projects and workstreams.
  • Estimated 20% travel.
