JOB DESCRIPTION

In the position of Portfolio Manager Digital Business, you will be responsible for the Digital product portfolio management, based on the overall digital strategy.
You will be responsible for the Digital product and services roadmap and strategy (creation and implementation).
You will be the main contact point for product portfolio alignment and related topics across divisions and other functions.
You are known as an empowering leader, recognized for your excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, highly effective in large matrix organizations, capable of being both visionary and hands on when needed.

BACKGROUND & SKILLS

To be considered for this position, you must have at least a bachelor’s degree in business; engineering preferred and have outstanding communication and business acumen. Sales experience stemming from a technical background. Collaborate with others in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Responsible for leading Drive digital business product and service portfolio management
  • Reponsibile for product strategy formulation and execution with an ”outside in” approach
  • Responsible for translating requirement from the general market, key customers and partners as well as internal
  • Stakeholders into product roadmap and overall product portfolio governance
  • Ensure digital business will be offering a full portfolio of products and services with clear value proposition, go-to-market
  • Strategy and positioning & pricing
  • Ensure technological, operational and organizational obstacles which potentially limiting sales growth and customer
  • experiences are escalated and removed
  • Align with BU/division on roadmap based on product and supply chain requirements
  • Ensure regional offering is aligned globally in a strategic and agile way
