JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Portfolio management experience (multi asset class) with a good track record, or similar role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Investment, Finance, or a related discipline
• Advanced qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, or MBA will be highly regarded
• Client-focused mentality with ability to communicate complex market ideas/strategies
• Highly organized individual able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Intelligent, creative, and good problem-solving abilities
• A self-starter, should have ability to work independently as well as thrive in a team environment
• Detail oriented and meticulous, strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese (the candidate will be required to communicate in English and Japanese for work purpose)

• Design and manage investment models for evaluating potential investments and monitoring portfolio performance (multi asset class)
• Continuously track portfolio holdings and market trends to inform strategic investment decisions
• Develop and execute investment strategies aimed at maximizing returns while aligning with client objectives
• Keep abreast of market developments, economic trends, and regulatory changes to anticipate their impact on investments
• Conduct thorough due diligence on investment opportunities, including financial analysis, valuation assessments, and management team evaluations
