As our Sales & Support Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for those looking to explore Portugal with us. You’ll be diving into our CRM system & handling queries through WhatsApp, calls, and emails.
Your main gig? Sorting out leads, getting to know what our potential customers want, and lining them up for a chat with me.
We need someone with excellent English and amazing communication skills. Sales experience is a bonus, but what we really need is someone who’s great with people and knows how to keep things ticking.

In this role, you’ll support the team in reaching out to customers interested in travel, helping them finalise plans and sales. Your focus will be on boosting sales and bringing in more customers to help the company grow.
More specifically, in this role, you will:
Follow up and contact leads via email and phone.
Identify potential customers and close travel sales.
Provide phone and email support to potential/future customers as well as existing ones.
Discover new business opportunities to pursue.
Maintain direct and ongoing daily communication with the CEO/Owner.
Working Hours : This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week. Preference will be given to candidates available to work between 12 PM - 8 PM GMT.

REQUIREMENTS

We’re seeking someone who loves dealing with people - someone who’s super organised, dynamic, and motivated.
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
✅ Experience in sales and customer support
✅ Strong focus & work ethic
Brownie points for:
✅ Good computer skills at a basic level, including proficiency with CRM systems and email, as well as fast English typing skills.
✅ Being well-travelled and enjoying diverse travel experiences.
For this position, we’re looking for someone with sales support and admin experience, who’s at ease with phone calls. Previous experience working as a travel agent could be a big plus! If you enjoy connecting with people, staying positive, and are reliable and honest, you’d be a perfect match for this position
