About the role
The Client Engagement Executive will be responsible for providing excellent and tailored support to Hantec Markets clients, with a strong focus on client conversion, engaging with new clients, and motivating them to fund and trade with us. This role requires an individual who can manage multiple client relationships, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate client needs to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement and Support:
  • Engage with existing clients to encourage account funding.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing and prioritizing their requests.
  • Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Foster and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Client Conversion and Onboarding:
  • Engage with prospects to convert them into funded clients.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and the Client Relations team.
  • Facilitate communication and assist with issues related to initially submitted documents.
  • Provide support to ensure fast and smooth customer onboarding.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to engage with clients on a quarterly basis.
  • Understand client requirements and communicate them to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a positive and proactive approach in all client interactions.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Language Requirements:

  • Native in Portuguese.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Basic proficiency in Spanish.
