KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • High School diploma or equivalent;
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use of basic office equipment, ten key.
  • Demonstrate proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, iOS Numbers, iOS Outlook and iOS Notes.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL ABILITIES

  • Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, which permits the employee to discern verbal instructions and communicate effectively with others in person and by telephone;
  • Sufficient visual and mental acuity, which permits the employee to comprehend written and verbal work instructions, and make determination of necessary actions to take to comply with hygiene and appearance standards for the facility.
  • Sufficient visual and manual dexterity, which permits the employee to operate safely in a fast moving environment.
  • Sufficient manual dexterity, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits the employee to operate standard office equipment.
  • Sufficient body mobility, flexibility, and agility to occasionally lift and carry objects up to 170 pounds, with assistance, up to 24 inches from the ground.
  • Sufficient body mobility to lift and carry cases of beverages weighing between 20-30 pounds consistently throughout shift.

Responsibilities:

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES

This position is mainly responsible for organizing and staging tap handle and paper Point of Sale materials at the request of HBC sales reps and supplier partner reps for the delivery team and/or reps for transport into the market This position functions under the direct supervision of the POS Lead allowing moderate latitude for independent direction in duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary function of this position is to stage outgoing tap handles and other paper POS as necessary for the delivery team to transport into the market and to maintain current day-to-day tap handle inventory in warehouse locations. Other primary responsibilities are outlined below.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Staging- Stage & fill tap handle & paper POS orders for markets companywide.
  • Organizing- Maintain tap handle & paper POS inventory and cleanliness to ensure efficient and timely picking of said POS. Follow and keep the computerized inventory system current and up to date. Including cleaning of tap handles.
  • Coordinate – Coordinate the daily transfers and ensure they are within the warehouse transfer squares within the designated daily timeframe.
  • Communicate – Work with suppliers and brand team to ensure tap handle inventory is maintained, including upcoming seasonal or new item transitions.
  • Receiving- Receive all packages delivered from Ups, FedEx and supplier partners, inventory and organize each item received, and distribute to necessary internal parties.
  • Safety- Perform all duties in a safe manner as defined in the HBC safety policy. Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Cleanliness- Constantly maintaining the overall cleanliness and order of the warehouse, your personal work space and surrounding areas.
  • Equipment – ability to operate cart, hand truck, and pallet jack as necessary.
  • Additional Duties- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Duties are subject to change at the discretion of HBC, to accommodate the changes and needs of the industry and our customers.
