The Accounting Associate function responsibilities include:

• Process revenue changes correcty and accuately and follow instructions on changes to be completed;
• Complete processing of the changes to invoices to the internal accounting platforms. Work with the MDM team to efficiently process all changes to the internal accounting application
• Within the process, look for further automation, business process optimization and standardization techniques.
• Involvement in the amendment and set-up of static data for revenue purposes
• Follow the relevant procedures and user guides as necessary, including quality controls to ensure data integrity input.

Process instructions to change key revenue statis data as follows:

• Ensure that instructions are processed correctly by the teams;
• Additional set-up of static data to allow transactions to be processed
• Provide reviews and error reporting on booking errors / issues
• Work with Local Offices and MDM globally to resolve errors / issues
• Follow the relevant procedures and user guides as necessary, including quality controls to ensure data integrity input.
• Identify and escalate areas of improvements, including, but not limited to, automation.
