DESCRIPTION
This position is a part of the Association of the Academic Staff of the University of Alberta (AASUA).
This position offers a benefits package found at Postdoctoral Fellows Benefits.
Responsibilities:
- experimental design, experimentation, compilation of data and analysis;
- the writing of research protocols and manuscripts;
- the identification of funding opportunities and writing of funding applications;
- mentoring of graduate students;
- other research related activities.
We are looking for highly-motivated candidates with a strong research record (publications or presentations) with a doctoral degree within 1 year and a PhD in Immunology or with Metabolomics expertise
Applicants with expertise in cellular immunology, mouse models, flow cytometry, and bioinformatic analysis of transcriptomics and metabolomics are encouraged to apply.
